Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in expediting or technical management of mechanical equipment within procurement areas, industrial environments, Oil & Gas, energy sectors, and EPC projects.
- Knowledge of applicable international standards: API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, among others.
- Experience in FAT inspections and testing, technical documentation review and management, manufacturing and delivery schedule tracking, and deviation resolution.
- Familiarity with tools such as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and document management platforms.
- English level B2+.
Location:
- 100% on-site in Spain.
Principal duties
- Technical and logistical follow-up of mechanical supply packages.
- Management of technical and quality documentation.
- Coordination of factory inspections and testing
- Risk management and issue resolution.
- Internal coordination and communication with suppliers.
