Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in I&C field commissioning.
- Experience with SOVs, MOVs, and CVs — including cold and hot loop checks from the field to the ICSS HMI.
- Calibration and configuration of transmitters, sensors, control valves, pneumatic actuators, and analyzers.
- Mandatory proficiency with field commissioning tools: HART communicators/calibrators, multimeters, FO (Fiber Optic) cable testers, and simulation kits — demonstrable hands-on experience required, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and adjustment of low-voltage instrumentation: control loops, wiring, grounding, and shielding.
- System walkdowns and visual inspections of operating systems.
- English advanced.
Location and Working Hours:
- Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
- It must be open to shift work and extended hours.
Principal Duties
- All available tools and aids are utilized to achieve the goals of his/her assignment and, as well, to strive for continuous product improvements and cost reduction.
- Deviations from the agreed goals are reported and that corrective measures are initiated by arrangement with, and with the support of, the Commissioning Lead.
- Performance feedback of all employees assigned to him/her is made to the Commissioning Lead.
- Commissioning is performed in a safe and timely manner Right to issue directives to other Commissioning Engineer’s and other personnel reporting to him/her
- regarding process-technical matters.
