Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation design within the petrochemical and/or oil & gas industry.
- Experience in lump-sum bid proposals/projects.
- Advanced proficiency in SPI Intools.
- Advanced proficiency in PDS and SP3D.
- Knowledge of some of the following software: MicroStation, AutoCAD, Excel, Raceways, among others.
- English level B1+.
Location
- 100% on-site in Spain.
Principal duties
- Design cable routing and instrumentation & F&G layouts — electronic and pneumatic — (aboveground and underground), including installation details using MicroStation.
- Perform SP3D design for instrumentation scope and routing of instrument cable trays/trenches using SP3D.
- Generate PDS-3D models.
- Prepare field wiring details (junction boxes and interconnection diagrams), pneumatic and process connections, and instrument loop diagrams using SPI.
- Develop cable lists and installation material take-offs (MTO) using SPI.
- Review clashes/interferences with other disciplines (cross-check verification).
