Recruitment Assistant

With 96.5% of our staff reporting a high level of satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our company based in Spain. The position is 100% remote, and you will work closely with our team based in Spain. You do not need to be based in Spain to join our team.

 Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably within the construction, engineering, energy, or oil & gas industries.
  • Knowledge of direct candidate sourcing through internal and external databases, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Principal duties

  • Support recruitment and selection processes for both staff and project-assigned personnel.
  • Assist with sourcing potential candidates through internal and external databases, including LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Manage job boards and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others
  • Request, review, and update candidate documentation, including CVs and other information required throughout the selection process.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow up on the candidate file creation process.
  • Prepare reports requested by Management.
